# Job Description:
Job Context This role focuses on supporting and managing the bank's end-user devices, providing Tier-1 ICT support services, and assisting in 24/7 Data Center operations. It is an entry-to-mid-level position designed for individuals eager to learn and advance their careers in ICT within a banking environment.
Responsibilities
• Provide immediate troubleshooting and resolution for IT hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, UPS) and banking software issues.
• Serve as an active member of the ICT support team, adhering to ITIL standards and utilizing the IT Service Desk and Ticketing systems.
• Monitor network and internet connectivity, coordinating with ISPs when necessary to ensure stability.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain IT equipment and utility software.
• Perform pre-shift verification of all devices and systems to ensure operational readiness.
• Maintain detailed incident logs and promptly escalate critical issues to the central IT team.
• Support security infrastructure, including CCTV footage retrieval and access control systems.
• Work in rotational shifts (day/night/weekend/holiday) to support 24/7 Data Center Operations, including End of Day (EoD) processing.
Educational Requirement & Age Limit
• Minimum BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent from a reputed university.
• Must not exceed 30 years of age
Professional Certification
• Certifications in various Operating Systems and Network Standards will add significant value.
Skill Requirement
• Strong foundational knowledge of computing, operating systems, IP management, cybersecurity, virtualization, and AI/ML.
• Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting end-user devices, hardware, and utility software.
• Practical experience with Network (LAN/WAN) troubleshooting and support.
• Basic knowledge of Banking Solutions and Data Center Operations.
Experience Requirement
• Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in system-related fields, preferably within the banking sector.
Additional Requirement
• Requires strong team collaboration skills and excellent communication abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
