We are seeking a forward-looking Head of Digital Banking to lead digital products and channels, increase active customer usage and transactions, and turn technology investments into measurable improvements in customer experience and business performance.
The position carries a direct mandate for secure digital adoption, product innovation and measurable migration to digital channels.

Job Context
The Head of Digital Banking will own the digital banking roadmap across mobile and internet banking, onboarding, payments and channel integration, taking products from business case and design through launch, adoption, performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
• Digital Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for mobile/internet banking, digital onboarding, payments, QR, cards/channel integration, APIs and emerging digital services.
• Product Ownership: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from customer research and business case through design, launch, adoption and enhancement.
• Growth & Adoption: Increase digital customer acquisition, active usage, transaction volumes, fee income and migration from manual service journeys.
• Control & Resilience: Partner with ICT, Information Security, Operations, Risk and Compliance to ensure resilience, cybersecurity, data protection, fraud controls and regulatory compliance.
• Partners & Analytics: Manage technology/vendor partnerships and use analytics and customer feedback to improve usability, reliability, conversion and product economics.
Educational Requirement & Age Limit
• Minimum Post-Graduation from a recognized university with no 3rd division/class or equivalent result in any academic level. Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
• Maximum age: 48 years.
Professional Certification
• Relevant certification in digital banking, payments, product management, fintech, IT governance, cybersecurity or project management will be an added advantage.
Skill Requirement
• Digital product strategy, customer journey design and product lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of payments, digital channels, APIs, fintech partnerships and digital controls.
• Analytics, vendor management, stakeholder leadership and large-scale transformation execution.
Experience Requirement
• For EVP: minimum 18 years’ relevant experience with at least 1.5 years as SVP or equivalent. For SVP: minimum 16 years’ relevant experience with at least 1.5 years as VP or equivalent.
• Strong leadership experience in digital banking, digital channels, payments, cards, fintech, technology-enabled products or transformation is required. Candidates currently serving as Head of Digital Banking, or in an equivalent role, with 2-3 years of experience in that capacity will be given preference. Strong market exposure and proven experience in leading teams, marketing and operations will also be preferred.
Additional Requirement
• Candidates with a demonstrable record of launching and scaling high-usage digital banking products or platforms will be preferred.
